'MADE FIT' Personal Training Services

Before We Start

Before any training can take place it is important that as your personal trainer I get an understanding of your current fitness levels and abilities, as well as getting to know more about what it is you are looking to achieve.

We do this through an initial consultation.


During this consultation we’ll be discussing any medical conditions, your current eating / drinking habits, reasons for wanting to train and perhaps any barriers that could prevent you from reaching your goals.  


For us to keep track of your progress, we take measurements of specific parts of the body, we calculate your body fat levels and also record your weight. These measurements will then be taken on a monthly basis and recorded on your very own app to track your progress.


After the consultation is complete, we will use your SMART goals that we've set to create exercise and nutrition plans to help you achieve these goals.  Whatever your goal is, for example:


  • Weight loss
  • Muscle Gain
  • Toning
  • Sports Specific
  • General Fitness
  • Bone Strength and Conditioning


We can structure and tailor everything to best suit you.

Personal training will be what helps you step it up.

With vast amounts of equipment to use, the knowledge, experience and guidance you can take your fitness and physique goals to the next level. As your fitness coach i will be with you 100% throughout your journey, i like to describe myself as a personal trainer in your back pocket. By this i mean you have unlimited support from me at all times.

Allowing you to achieve the results you have always wanted.


Group personal training sessions are available upon request.


The Personal Training package includes:

  • Personalised Nutritional tips to give you optimal results
  • Exercise plans 
  • 60 minutes  Personal training sessions
  • Personalised exercise programme to help you outside of your PT sessions (optional)
  • Variety of equipment available 
  • Goal and statistic monitoring to make sure you are on track
  • Unlimited support
  • Full body measurements taken including BMR, Water %, Body fat % etc
  • Access to a private community group where you can meet others who are wanting to achieve the same goals.


Where do I hold my Personal Training?

Currently I work from 3 different locations so I can be extremely flexible. Please see below the  different locations I am based from.

Better Energise Gym, Acomb, York

 Involve Fitness, Roscoe Street, Scarborough
